Yoga is a way to connect the individual soul with the Supreme soul. Yoga does not consist only of physical exercise but also to know the inner self.Yoga helps to live a better life in the sense that it relieves us from stress.
If someone gets up early in the morning and practice at least 30 mins of yoga, that is both pranayam(breathing exercise) and physical exercise, one will have a nice day. Try it and you will see how it relieves from every pain.
